Provisional Requests: Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a table until you receive an explicit confirmation via email, SMS, or app notification.
Grace Periods: Restaurants usually hold tables for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes past the scheduled time before releasing them to waitlisted guests.
Seating Limits: Standard dining time slots are restricted to 90 to 120 minutes during peak hours.
No Table Guarantees: Specific table requests (e.g., window seat, outdoor booth) are subject to availability and cannot be explicitly guaranteed.
Party Size: Arriving with a group larger or smaller than the booked count may result in entry denial or longer wait times.
🏷️ Dining Offers, Discounts, & Promo Codes
Non-Combinable: Unless stated otherwise, dining offers cannot be combined with any other bank promotions, corporate discounts, or in-house deals.
Exclusions: Most food discounts apply strictly to the à la carte food menu and may exclude beverages, hard liquor, set menus, buffets, and service charges.
Item Limits: Specific deals might require a minimum order value or restrict the discount to a maximum number of items per table.
One Bill Per Table: Splitting a single table's bill across multiple cards or accounts to claim multiple offers is strictly prohibited.
🏨 House Rules & Compliance
Right of Admission: The restaurant management retains the final right to deny entry if guests do not follow the prescribed dress code or behavioral expectations.
Age Restrictions: Certain offers, areas (like bar seating), or specific night events require guests to be of legal drinking age.
Government Taxes: All discounted bills are still subject to full statutory government taxes and standard venue service charges calculated on the pre-discounted amount.
